Upfront Honest Patient Care

All too often in the medical field clients are surprised by their medical bills. This is not the model at Resilience Physical Therapy. You will be told the cost of your appointments before your first visit. Upon request, we can supply you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement or a good faith estimate for your entire plan of care.

At Resilience Physical Therapy, you will see the same Physical Therapist that has the experience, advanced education, and specialization you deserve to treat your condition expediently. All appointments are one hour to ninety minutes in length that are one-to-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your therapist will provide a comprehensive examination to find the ‘why’ to address all the factors contributing to your symptoms. We believe in providing hands-on manual therapy and specific exercise instruction that changes each visit. We also believe in empowering our patients with the tools and understanding to resolve their symptoms, to prevent them from having to keep returning for care. This type of care has been shown to reduce the total number of visits needed for therapy and ends up being more cost-effective to most clients.

Individualized 1:1 Care Leads to Reduced Costs

At Resilience Physical Therapy, you will be treated by the same physical therapist for all your visits in a 1:1 environment. Many companies bounce you around between PTs and use assistants or aides to deliver part of the care. With this individualized approach, clients often get better much more quickly, decreasing the longevity of the episode of care.

We perform a comprehensive evaluation, examining movement patterns, breathing patterns, posture and alignment, strength and coordination, and more. We always ask you what your personal goals are and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your life.

Insurance and Reimbursement

Please note that Resilience Physical Therapy is an “Out of Network” (OON) provider and does not contract with any insurance companies and, in accordance with federal regulations, is unable to serve Medicare B recipients.

This means payment for services is collected at the time of service (cash, credit card, check, flexible spending account, or health savings account) and that you are responsible for submitting a claim to your insurance provider if you choose. Patients are provided with a detailed superbill that may be used for self-submission of claims after each session or upon the conclusion of therapy.

For those interested in understanding their potential level of reimbursement for PT services, please contact your insurance company and inquire about benefits covering “out of network physical therapy” and applicable deductibles.
